• Project Managers: Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is a plus. Must have excellent presentation skills. Must be able to work with internal and external clients as well as senior management. Be able to work with cross-functional teams. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Oracle Developers: Oracle D2K, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Pro*C, Forms, & Reports. Experience working on Discoverer is a plus.
• J2EE: Experience in J2EE framework, EJB 2.0, MVC/Struts, Design Patterns, RUP tools, IBM Websphere, WSAD 5.0, XML. Certification will be a plus.
• Oracle ERP: Oracle Applications 11i implementation with Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, HRMS, and Workflow modules - Functional & Technical
• WEB Developers: VB.Net, C#, Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server 2000, UML, RUP tools. Microsoft Certification will be a plus.
  ASP / VB / SQL Server / COM / VB Script, Java Script, IIS Administration and Windows 2000
• Testers: Experience in Rational Test Studio, WinRunner, QA Test Director. Lead Test Analysts with experience in Application Testing, Testing Strategy, Test Execution, Test Scripts, SDLC, Database concepts and exposure to Mercury Interactive and Test Director
• Mainframe Developers: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2, PL/I, IMS DB, Assembler, IDMS with exposure to tools like Endeavor, File-Aid, Xpeditor, & Panvalet.
