Mr. Blaine Hurst – Chairman, Advisory Council
Former Vice Chairman and President of Papa John’s International. Began career with Papa John’s as the CIO. Currently an owner and franchisee of Fire Fresh Barbeque. He is also actively consulting with several public and private corporations, with a focus in operational effectiveness and the strategic use of technology.

Mr. Ian McFadden – Member, Advisory Council
Senior Executive/Operations for FTI Consulting, an internationally known corporate restructuring and turnaround firm. He is also the former President of Caritas Health Services and is a graduate of Leadership Louisville class of 2003.

Ms. Ann Walthall – Member, Advisory Council
Former CIO of Appriss Inc., Ann has held several leadership positions within IT in corporate America. She is currently a high level consultant for major companies across the nation.

Mr. Kenneth Carter – Member, Advisory Council
Vice President – Brown-Forman, Spirit Americas. Ken is actively involved in our community and is a graduate of Leadership Louisville class of 2004.

Mr. Arun Diaz– Member, Advisory Council
Arun is a creative thinker and innovator with world-wide experience in the Banking industry. Former Chief Operating Officer of Standard and Chartered Bank in Indonesia , he is currently a Management Consultant working with local and multinational clients in India and abroad.  He also volunteers his time to entrepreneurship development through Aavishkaar India Micro Venture Capital Fund of which he is a trustee and member of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Henry V. Diaz – Member, Advisory Council
Henry has over 20 years experience in the business industry. He is the President & CEO of D&D Consulting Services, Inc. He is a graduate of Leadership Louisville Class of 2004. Henry is actively involved in the community and overseas missions.
